Founded in 2024 by Honey Zaw, MenuOps started as a response to the challenges seen firsthand in restaurant operations. The gap between having a menu and having a team that truly knows it was enormous. Traditional training methods — printed binders, word-of-mouth, occasional tastings — weren't scaling with the pace of modern hospitality.
