MenuOps is a restaurant operations knowledge platform that helps restaurant teams manage menu information, staff training, and operational knowledge. The Service includes AI-powered menu processing, staff quizzes, and analytics tools.

You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses artificial intelligence to process menus and generate knowledge content. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated content should be reviewed and approved by authorised personnel before use in operations.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LineFlow Technologies Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

10. Changes to Terms
